Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quick Summary
- Standard prints & posters: Return/exchange within 30 days, unused, original packaging.
- Custom/commissioned art: Final sale (replacements for damage/defect only).
- Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered.
- Damaged or wrong item: Contact within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
- Return shipping: Customer pays unless we erred or item is defective.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unframed, and returned in the original sleeve/tube with protective end caps within 30 days of delivery. Not eligible: custom commissions, personalized pieces, framed-by-buyer items, digital products, and items marked final sale.
Color & Printing Notes
We use archival giclée processes. Minor color differences across screens/printers are normal and not defects. Ask us if you need guidance before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Email hello@mcdcv.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll replace or refund—your choice.
Exchanges
- Email hello@mcdcv.com with your order number and the item/size you want.
- Ship your original item back in the original packaging.
- After inspection, we’ll ship the exchange.
You cover return shipping unless the item is damaged/defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@mcdcv.com for return authorization and the return address.
- Pack securely in the original sleeve/tube with end caps.
- Use a trackable service and share the tracking link.
Refunds
Refunds to the original payment method typically post within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping paid at checkout is non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective. Items returned creased or worn may receive a partial refund.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
If a package returns to us, we can reship (you cover postage) or refund the product price (less shipping) if eligible and in sellable condition.
International Orders
Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Mark returns as “Returned Goods—No Commercial Value.” Refunds cover the product price only unless the item is damaged/defective.
Wholesale, Cafés & Classrooms
Wholesale/institutional orders follow separate terms. Contact hello@mcdcv.com for your agreement.
